I'm Grace, the heart behind Haven Studio β a space created to support you as you navigate life's changes, reconnect with yourself and find a little more clarity, balance and peace along the way.
My own journey has taught me that healing isn't always linear. Sometimes we feel deeply connected to ourselves, and other times we feel overwhelmed, uncertain or simply ready for something to shift. I've always been drawn to the things that help us explore those moments more deeply β intuition, energy, spirituality and the messages we find when we slow down and listen.
I came across psychic card readings a long time ago and have always had spiritual experiences over my lifetime, but I really delved deep during my own journey to becoming a Mum. I knew there were babies around me and I wanted to know more, when were they coming, who were they etc. My next awakening happened when I stopped breastfeeding my second child and my body was thrown into turmoil. I did everything I could think of within natural healing modalities to bring myself back into a sense of normalcy. My family friend was a kinesiologist and she taught me so much of what I know now but seeing just how much it did toΒ heal me, I was completely sold!Β
