Haven Energy Healing — Kinesiology-Based Distance Session

A personalised space to pause, reconnect and nurture your emotional wellbeing.

Sometimes, we carry feelings, patterns and experiences that leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves. Haven Energy Healing offers a gentle space to explore your emotional and energetic wellbeing through my kinesiology-based approach and intuitive guidance.

This is a distance healing session, so you can receive the experience from the comfort of your own home.

Every session is unique. I work intuitively within the approach I practise, allowing the focus of each session to be guided by what arises. The areas explored and the amount of work completed can vary from session to session.

There is no expectation that everything must be addressed in one session. If further support may be helpful, I'll share that with you in your session summary. Any follow-up is optional and can be discussed together.

✨ What's included?

• A personalised kinesiology-based distance energy healing session to balance and release what is needed

• An individualised focus guided by the session, you can let me know after purchasing what it is you would like me to focus on

• A detailed PDF summary outlining the areas explored and the work undertaken

• The opportunity to email me with follow-up questions about your session summary

After your session

People respond to energy healing in different ways. You may feel calm, emotional, tired or simply much as you did before. Your experience may vary each time.

You don't need to prepare anything elaborate. Simply allow yourself some quiet space and time to receive your session and reflect afterwards.
